The Counselling Foundation

The Counselling Foundation is a leading charity that has provided counselling and counselling training for the better mental health of communities in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire for over forty years. They offer free NHS and subsidised weekly counselling for anxiety, depression and bereavement for those aged 16+, as well as grief support groups for those who have experienced a similar loss and to help promote healing through education and support after the bereavement of a family member, friend or colleague.
